PostingPilot helps businesses plan and create content, but you remain responsible for what you publish, advertise, send, or rely on.

1. Human review required

AI-generated captions, prompts, plans, images, videos, recommendations, and summaries should be reviewed by a person before use. You are responsible for checking accuracy, tone, claims, compliance, rights, and platform suitability.

2. Regulated and high-risk claims

Be especially careful with medical, health, financial, income, legal, investment, debt, supplement, weight-loss, employment, or other regulated claims. PostingPilot does not provide legal, medical, financial, advertising, or compliance advice.

3. Publishing and platform rules

Social platforms, ad networks, and marketplaces have their own rules. PostingPilot cannot guarantee that content will be approved, distributed, monetized, or kept online by any third-party platform.

4. Rights and permissions

Only upload and publish materials you have the right to use, including logos, photos, testimonials, music, likenesses, products, trademarks, and third-party creative work.

5. Similar outputs

AI systems may generate similar or identical outputs for different users. You should not rely on PostingPilot output as exclusive, trademarkable, or uniquely owned unless you independently verify those rights.

6. Media generation limits

Image and video generation may depend on third-party AI providers, provider policies, queue times, safety filters, rate limits, credit limits, daily allowances, file limits, prompt restrictions, and technical availability. A submitted request may fail, be delayed, produce unexpected results, or be blocked by a provider. PostingPilot may limit, throttle, or pause generation features to protect the service and prevent abuse.

7. Likeness, endorsements, and deepfake responsibility

If you upload or generate people, voices, likenesses, testimonials, products, logos, or brand assets, you are responsible for having the rights, permissions, consents, and disclosures required for your use. Do not create misleading endorsements, impersonations, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive political content, or other content that violates law, platform rules, or provider policies.
