Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to PostingPilot, a software product operated by The Hollis Organization Inc. By accessing the website, preordering founder access, creating an account, or using PostingPilot, you agree to these terms.

1. Product status

PostingPilot is an early-stage software product. Founder preorder access may include beta, preview, prototype, or in-progress features. Features, workflows, integrations, social connections, publishing options, inbox tools, limits, pricing, credits, and availability may change as the product is developed.

2. Founder preorder and lifetime access

Founder preorder customers receive Lifetime Access to PostingPilot for the account and workspace associated with the purchase, subject to these terms, acceptable use, fair-use limits, and continued operation of the product. Lifetime Access does not guarantee unlimited usage, unlimited AI rendering, advertising spend, done-for-you services, every future premium service, every third-party integration, every usage-based AI cost, or every outside provider fee at no additional cost.

3. Pilot Credits

Pilot Credits are in-product usage credits intended for eligible AI generation, media rendering, content creation, and related PostingPilot features as those tools become available. Pilot Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable unless we approve otherwise, and do not represent stored monetary value, a gift card, a bank account, or a guaranteed entitlement to any specific third-party provider.

Pilot Credits, credit packs, plan allowances, daily allowances, generation limits, render limits, expiration rules, rollover rules, and eligible uses may vary by plan, promotion, beta stage, technical constraint, provider availability, or abuse prevention need. We may apply, change, pause, throttle, or enforce daily, monthly, account-level, workspace-level, provider-level, or feature-level limits to protect the platform, control third-party costs, comply with provider rules, and prevent spam or misuse.

Generated assets may consume Pilot Credits or count against usage limits when a request is submitted, queued, processed, completed, or otherwise accepted by a provider, depending on the feature. Failed, cancelled, duplicate, abusive, or policy-violating requests may not always be eligible for credit restoration. We may grant, remove, adjust, expire, or correct Pilot Credits in cases of billing error, abuse, fraud, refunds, chargebacks, plan changes, promotions, or technical issues.

4. Credit packs, subscriptions, and billing

Additional Pilot Credit packs, subscriptions, or paid usage allowances may be offered separately. Unless stated otherwise, subscription allowances are tied to the active billing period and may not roll over. Credit pack pricing, included usage, supported features, and limits may change over time. Access to paid features may be paused or limited if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, a chargeback is opened, or required billing information is missing.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of business information, images, brand materials, prompts, uploads, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, modify, and use that content as needed to provide PostingPilot, generate drafts/assets, improve the product, troubleshoot issues, and support your account.

7. AI-generated content

PostingPilot may use artificial intelligence to generate captions, plans, prompts, images, videos, recommendations, message drafts, or other content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other generated content, or inappropriate for your business without human review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and legally clearing any content before publishing, sending, advertising, or relying on it.

PostingPilot is intended to assist with drafts and workflows. Unless we expressly provide a feature that says otherwise, PostingPilot does not guarantee that content will be published or messages will be sent automatically. You are responsible for final approval and account activity.

8. Social connections, publishing, and inboxes

Social media integrations may require third-party platform approval, business or creator accounts, administrator access, OAuth authorization, connected Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, or other platform eligibility, and compliance with each platform's rules. Personal profile posting and personal inbox access may be limited, unavailable, manual-only, or unsupported depending on platform rules.

Social platforms may reject content, revoke tokens, change APIs, charge fees, limit posting, require review, restrict direct messages, impose response windows, suspend accounts, or deny permissions. PostingPilot is not responsible for platform review delays, denied permissions, changed APIs, account restrictions, message delivery limits, or content moderation decisions by third-party platforms.

If inbox or DM features are offered, they are intended for authorized business accounts and user-reviewed replies unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for message content, consent, timing, required disclosures, and compliance with messaging, anti-spam, privacy, and platform rules.

9. No guaranteed results

PostingPilot does not guarantee follower growth, sales, revenue, leads, engagement, compliance approval, ad approval, platform performance, or business outcomes. Any examples, demos, forecasts, or sample content are illustrative only.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use PostingPilot to create illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, harmful, spammy, or platform-violating content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, sublicense, automate excessive usage, bypass rate limits, share accounts to evade limits, create bulk fake accounts, generate deceptive endorsements, impersonate people or brands, send spam messages, or exploit the service except as expressly permitted in writing.

11. Third-party services

PostingPilot may rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, AI model providers, hosting providers, media generation providers, email providers, social platforms, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or account actions.

12. Intellectual property

The PostingPilot software, workflows, user interface, branding, templates, prompts, systems, and related technology are owned by The Hollis Organization Inc or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the software or platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the product, create risk for us or others, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a way that may create legal, security, reputational, or platform risk.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

PostingPilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, and error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for PostingPilot in the three months before the claim.

15. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
