This Privacy Policy explains how The Hollis Organization Inc collects, uses, and protects information related to PostingPilot.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, email, password authentication data, company name, billing status, workspace details, plan status, Pilot Credit balances or usage, generation counts, daily allowance usage, and credit pack purchase metadata. We may also collect business information, uploaded images, prompts, social/content preferences, generated assets, support messages, usage logs, device/browser data, and payment metadata from Stripe.

2. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe may provide us with payment status, customer ID, email, amount, transaction ID, and related billing metadata so we can confirm purchases and manage access.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide PostingPilot, create accounts, unlock founder access, generate content, save brand memory, process uploads, track Pilot Credit usage, enforce plan limits and daily allowances, process credit packs or subscriptions, deliver support, improve the product, prevent abuse, monitor performance, send service messages, and comply with legal or financial obligations.

4. AI and service providers

To operate PostingPilot, we may send relevant prompts, uploaded references, business details, or generated content to AI providers, media rendering providers, hosting providers, storage providers, email providers, analytics tools, payment processors, and other vendors. These providers may process inputs, outputs, technical metadata, and usage details according to their own systems and policies. We share only what we reasonably need to provide, secure, bill, support, and improve the service.

5. Your content and uploads

You should only upload content you have the right to use. Uploaded references, brand information, generated assets, and onboarding answers may be stored and used to provide your workspace experience and generate future content.

6. Cookies and analytics

PostingPilot may use cookies, sessions, logs, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and product improvement.

7. Data retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain billing and Pilot Credit records, enforce usage limits, resolve disputes, comply with obligations, prevent abuse, and improve the product. You may request deletion, subject to backups, legal needs, fraud prevention, payment records, tax/accounting records, and legitimate business requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using a strong password and protecting account access.

9. Children

PostingPilot is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
